Born into the business with grandparents, parents, siblings and cousins in residential and commercial real estate it was natural for Neko to obtain a license while he was still in his teens. After many years in the family business, he has a great appreciation and understanding for the city's diversity, culture, and architectural integrity. His practical knowledge of each neighborhood is what makes him excel in matching people with properties. Specializing in Jersey City rentals and sales, Neko enjoys bringing the right people and properties together. His technology and organizational skills are pivotal in making his team efficient and successful. He possesses a keen understanding not only of the overall marketplace but of the unique personalities of each special neighborhood. Neko is an extremely hard worker and diligent problem solver who finds creative ways to bring parties together and successful deals to close. He prides himself on providing excellent customer service. His enthusiasm and dedication is second to none and he is always willing to go the extra mile to make the deal happen. Neko earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He has been a Jersey City resident for 1 year.
